MBPS believes that its most valuable asset is its technical and support staff that are highly competent, skilled, professional, and always willing to help in consultancy, design, estimate, installation, testing, I.T. Resources and I.T. Training and evaluation of any network needs of its clientele.

Employees were screened before hiring, they undergo written and actual technical examination. Upon hiring they are required to undergo orientation and job induction to prepare them on the job.

They are required to attend inhouse technical trainings like Structure Cabling Installation and Safety Seminars. They also attend trainings conducted experts and training institutions that are accredited by our clients.
